HOW WE RUN THIS

How We Keep Live Studio Play Fair and Consistent

Running a live casino studio section means the fairness signals are visible — a human dealer, a physical shoe or wheel, and a video feed that cannot be quietly adjusted. We layer additional operational checks on top of that baseline so you have more than one reason to sit down with confidence.

Studio-Side Certification

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both hold independent audit certifications for their studio equipment and shuffle procedures. Those certifications travel with the stream we carry in our lobby.

Round History on Account

Every live table hand you play is logged to your account history with the round ID, table name, bet amount and result. You can cross-check any disputed round at any time from your account page.

Consistent Bet-Range Display

We show the minimum and maximum bet for each table before you enter the room. There are no hidden chip tiers — what the lobby screen shows is the same range at the table.

Secure Account Access

Account login uses OTP verification so only you can access your live casino wallet and withdraw winnings. Session tokens expire after inactivity as an additional layer of account protection.

Inside the cikgu88 Live Casino Studio Lobby

The live casino studio section at cikgu88 runs tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and PG Soft — studios that run 24-hour broadcast schedules so there is always an open seat. Baccarat variants include Speed Baccarat and standard multi-camera tables. Roulette options cover Gold Roulette and Immersive Roulette. Dragon Tiger draws a strong crowd during evening sessions, particularly among players in Kuantan

who connect via mobile. Blackjack tables run multiple simultaneous seats, so wait times stay short. Each table shows its current bet range before you sit, and the interface is the same whether you are on a desktop browser or a mobile screen.

STUDIO HELP PATHS

Help While You Are at the Live Tables

Live studio sessions move fast, so we keep help accessible without pulling you out of a hand. If a stream drops, a dealer rule is unclear, or a round result needs checking, here are the three paths that get you an answer quickly.

Team online

Live Chat

Open live chat directly from the lobby while a session is running. Our team can check table status, confirm round results or flag a stream issue without asking you to leave the table view.

Account Verification Help

If a withdrawal after a live casino session is held at the verification step, contact support with your account ID and the round reference. We resolve identity checks before your next session.

Table Dispute Resolution

Every live studio round is recorded server-side. If the displayed result looks wrong, raise it in chat with the table name and approximate time — our team pulls the hand history and responds with the outcome.

Live Casino Studio Terms You Should Know

New to live dealer tables or just want to confirm what a term means before you sit down? These plain-language definitions cover the words you will see most often in our live casino studio lobby.

01
What is a live casino studio?

A purpose-built broadcast room where professional dealers run real table games — baccarat, roulette, blackjack — that are streamed live to your screen. You place bets via the on-screen interface in real time.

02
What does RTP mean in live casino tables?

Return to Player — the statistical percentage of total bets a game pays back over many rounds. For live tables, RTP figures are published by the studio and shown in the game rules panel where the provider exposes them.

03
What is a squeeze in live baccarat?

A dealing ritual where the dealer slowly reveals a card's value for dramatic effect. It does not change the mathematical outcome of the hand — it is a presentation feature built into certain baccarat table formats.

04
What is a side bet in live blackjack?

An optional wager placed alongside the main blackjack hand. Common examples include Perfect Pairs and 21+3. Side bets have their own odds, separate from the base game, and are listed in the table rules before you sit.

05
What does 'no more bets' mean in live roulette?

A verbal and on-screen signal from the dealer that the betting window has closed. Once announced, no new chips can be placed for that spin. The window re-opens automatically after the result is confirmed.

06
What is a burn card in live baccarat?

A card discarded from the top of the shoe at the start of a new session or after a shuffle. It is a standard dealing procedure used by studios to maintain card security and shuffle integrity.

Common Questions About Our Live Casino Studio

Here are the questions we hear most often from people exploring the live casino studio section for the first time — or returning after a break. Every answer is specific to how our lobby works.

We carry tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live as our primary studios, with PG Soft titles also available. Each studio runs its own broadcast schedule, so there are seats open at any hour you log in.

Yes. The live studio interface is built for mobile browsers — no separate app download needed. Tables load in portrait or landscape mode, and the chip row, bet timer and dealer camera all scale correctly on a phone screen.

Open your account wallet, select Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, enter the amount, and confirm with your app PIN. Funds reflect in your account wallet and you can enter a live table from the same session.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If your region is supported, the live studio section appears in the main lobby navigation once your account is active and funded.

Any bet already confirmed before the disconnection is processed server-side and the result is recorded in your account round history. Reconnect and check your account history — the hand outcome will be there with the full round reference.

Dragon Tiger uses the same card shoe as baccarat but plays faster — one card is dealt to Dragon, one to Tiger, and the higher card wins. There is no squeeze option and the round completes in roughly 25 seconds, making it a quicker alternative.
